This post generally deals with how to set the version of PHP that runs your application after you deploy. It is important to select the version that closes matches your development environment.

To set the version for your application. Click on your app under Apps. You will be presented with the App Details page. Scroll to the bottom where you will see the PHP specific settings section.
Select your server version and then click on Save PHP settings to commit the changes. After the settings are saved, you will have to redeploy your app again for the changes to take effect.
